It is actually viable to teach both young men and young women to acknowledge and support both of their masculine and feminine aspect energies and to keep them in proper, healthy, balance- as an imbalance or lack of either could lead to difficulties in their personal life.
Our nation currently faces serious threats including limited human resources capacity including shortage of highly skilled professionals, primarily women, so it has become imperative o focus on uplifting women as well.
