About Vicki Mah · Sacramento
I set out to survive. What I found along the way is how the body and mind let go of stress at the root, and now that is the work I do with you.
For more than three decades I worked as a dental hygienist. It is close, careful, hands on work where people trust you while they are anxious and in pain. Alongside it I raised my children on my own, restored and managed homes, and ran a store. I built a whole life on grit and capability.
Then the 2008 crash took most of it: the job, the properties, the security I had spent years building. It felt like everything falling apart. Looking back, it was a door opening. I was being pointed somewhere new.
That somewhere turned out to be healing work. At my very first hands on bodywork intensive, before I had ever worked on a single person, something quiet and undeniable happened: I discovered that a calm, still, fully present state could actually move stress and holding out of a body. Presence was the instrument. That stillness became the ground everything I do now stands on, in person, over the phone, or over Zoom.
The more I followed it, the clearer it became that most suffering is not “just in your head.” It is held in the body and the nervous system, and it can be released.
A few gentle, well tested approaches, woven together to calm your nervous system and clear what is underneath the stress, without making you relive it.
My foundation, the letting go work of Lester Levenson. A simple, repeatable way to drop the feelings that keep you stuck, so calm becomes something you can reach on your own.
Make Anything Possible, a neuroscience based approach that uses your brain’s own neuroplasticity to gently rewire the subconscious patterns and memories behind fear, worry, and limiting beliefs, at the root.
Rewiring the mental and language patterns that run anxiety on a loop, shifting how your mind holds an experience, so the old spiral loses its grip.
I also work with somatic and nervous system regulation, quantum physics based energy work (Matrix Energetics and Quantum Touch), heart based energy healing, and intuitive bodywork, matched to what you need that day.
You don’t have to retell your worst moments or brace for hard work. This is gentle, and most people feel a shift in the very first session, even after years of trying other things. My aim is not to make you dependent on me. It is to settle your system, clear the root, and teach you enough that you can keep steadying yourself long after we are done. You can see exactly what a session is like, including your options for meeting, on the Services page.
I’ve cleared in myself the very patterns I now help others release. I’m not a typical practitioner. I’m someone who rebuilt from nothing and found real peace on the other side of it. My intention is simple: to help take pain, anxiety, and suffering off of people’s shoulders, and help them remember they were whole all along. I’d love to help you feel that too.
My own healing never stands still. Through the courses I take with gifted energetic teachers, among them Alexandra Wenman and Hillary Faye, I receive powerful healing attunements that genuinely clear and elevate my own energy. That healing flows straight into my work, deepening the presence, energy, and results I bring into every session with you.
The first step is a simple text.
