What to know before your session, plus pricing, deposits, packages, and refunds.

Getting Ready

Phone or Zoom Session

Please schedule a time when you won’t have any distractions and you are at a location where you have privacy when speaking.

Have water to drink nearby. Inside a car or being outdoors works wonderfully, but is not necessary.

Please plan on about 40 minutes for a one-on-one session. Group sessions run about 60 minutes.

In Person Session

There is plenty of free parking. Bring a loose tank top and gym shorts, with your hair tied up on top of your head.

Please do not wear perfume, scented hair products, cologne, or lotion.

Make yourself comfortable in the waiting room near the door and announce your arrival with a text message to Vicki.

Your Part in the Healing

Energy healing can bring real, fast relief, and it works best when you are truly ready for positive change in your life. During our sessions, I do energetic healing at the subconscious level to search for deep, hidden false beliefs and blocks. This helps release what has been holding you back from growing and moving forward in life.

I also teach you tools and exercises to support your healing. Our work is a partnership, and much of your progress also depends on what you do between sessions. Please be ready to put in place the exercises I recommend and use what you learn in your daily life.

The more you commit to your own healing, the quicker and more stable your foundation will be. You will feel calm and centered during the session, and possibly sleepy as your body realigns itself. Please allow yourself to rest after your session, if possible.

Session Pricing

One-on-One Sessions

• 40 minutes$120
• 3-pack, 40 minutes each$330

All one-on-one packages include a bonus check-in text between sessions and a distant healing check.

Group Sessions

• One 60-minute session, per person$75
• Pre-paid 3-pack of 60-minute sessions, per person$200

Group sessions are paid in full at booking, with no deposit required.

Payment & Policies

Deposit & Payment

An $85 deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due before the day of your session. The deposit is applied toward your session price.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is refunded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

Package Deals

An $85 deposit reserves your package and is applied toward the package total. The balance is due before your first session.

The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your first scheduled appointment. After that, package payments are non-refundable.

Package sessions must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase. Packages are non-transferable.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are paid in full at booking, with no deposit. Full refunds are available with at least 24 hours’ notice. After that, they are non-refundable.

The 3-pack group package is pre-paid and must be used within 90 days.

Bonus check-in texts and distant healing checks are included with one-on-one packages only.

Payment & Refund Policy

Your Session Link

Your session link will be emailed to you once your deposit is paid. Sessions are held on CallBridge.com. Please make sure your email in the form is correct.

When you join, it will ask for your name. To stay anonymous, type a nickname.
