I recently had a 45 minute zoom session with a couple who were at the end of their ropes. With a 2 year old and a baby who required attention and a mother-in-law who daily created negative emotional havoc intentionally- finding peace was difficult for them and it was effecting their relationship. During the session I intuitively helped them to see the root causes of their stress and I pointed out the effective choices that they could then make. I showed them the solutions available that would end their stress and make life together manageable. I gave them tools to use for when problems should occur again.
