Sessions · In person, phone, or Zoom worldwide
Calm, unhurried, and surprisingly easy. A gentle way to settle your nervous system and release what you’ve been carrying.
You never have to retell your worst moments or “work hard.” You simply show up as you are.
We talk briefly about what’s weighing on you. There is no pressure and no digging, just enough to know where to point the work.
Using gentle, well tested approaches, I help your nervous system settle and clear the pattern underneath the stress. Often you are simply resting while this happens.
Most people notice calm, clarity, and lightness by the end, and leave with a little more of themselves back.
My most recommended option. Sessions can be recorded, so you can revisit and replay the healing anytime you like.
From anywhere in the world. Many clients are surprised by how effective this is, often even more so than meeting in person.
In Sacramento, reserved for certain situations where being in the room together works best, with the option of gentle hands on bodywork.
Most sessions run about 50 minutes, with 30 minute sessions available for certain cases. Follow up sessions gently dissolve the deeper layers underneath long standing stress.
Most sessions run about 50 minutes. A 30 minute session is available for certain cases, though that is less common.
This is different for everyone, and I can usually tell you more once we have completed your first session together. It depends on how deep the work runs for you, and on the fact that what needs to release comes up in its own proper order and timing. I follow that pace for each client rather than a fixed number of sessions.
In my experience, phone and Zoom sessions are often even more effective than meeting in person, since there is no drive, no waiting room, and no new surroundings to distract you. With Zoom in particular, I can record the session for you, so you can replay it whenever you like and keep receiving the benefit each time you listen. I still offer in person sessions in Sacramento, and use them for certain situations where being in the room together is the better fit.
Try to find a quiet spot where you can sit undisturbed for the length of the session, with your phone ringer off and no notifications or background conversations. Having water nearby helps. Many people close their eyes, though this is not required. Sitting quietly in your car or outdoors both work well too.
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, since we may include some gentle stretching. I would ask that you skip lotion or cologne beforehand, as it can interfere with the bodywork, and avoid alcohol or recreational drugs before your session, since these, and even some prescription medications, can affect how your body responds.
Beyond that, there is nothing else required of you. You will also fill out a short Client Information form before we begin, so I have the context I need to support you well.
That is exactly who this work is for. Because it goes straight to what is held in the body and nervous system rather than staying in the mind, many clients feel a difference in the very first session, even after years of trying everything else.
