No matter if it's for stress relief, anxiety help, insomnia, hurt|anger|sad feelings, work problems, relationship troubles, family problems- * you'll want to dress in comfortable clothing. Loose fitting gym shorts and loose cotton tank top or t-shirt. We may do stretches, so please wear clothes that will accommodate that.
Why would I help you stretch your body? I believe stress and emotions may be stuffed within the layers of your tissues, and by doing the stretching, it will help to release the tensions, stress, and emotional blockages from your body. You will notice the difference immediately in your emotional feelings. You will get utterly relaxed, calm, and feel peace.
Do not wear any lotion or cologne, as that may inhibit the bodywork effects and I my senses are sensitive.
Do not take any alcohol or recreational drugs prior your session. This will interfere with your healing process. (Even prescribed medications will affect the session).
With gentle bodywork and verbal coaching during your session, I will unravel and help you release the deep conscious and subconscious issues that have been bothering you, that keep you from your normal everyday activities.
What you will notice when your session is over is that what used to bother you before no longer bothers you or has diminished greatly.
You will feel at peace, you will feel calm, you will feel relaxed.
We will talk briefly, for about 5 minutes over the phone, or if you cannot talk- we can communicate via text or email to access what is bothering you.
We may continue talking during the session together , or, we will hang up and schedule a time for the session. Vicki works intuitively and each person's session is different, based on what's best for them.
Please try to hold the session when you are at home or at work where you can best sit quietly, undisturbed for about 8 - 30 minutes- with no distractions, and with your eyes closed. If you cannot do this and need to continue working and cannot close your eyes, that will be fine as well.
Sitting quietly in your car or sitting outdoors are helpful options.
The session lasts approximately 8 to 30 minutes. You will notice positive differences in how you feel.
Having water to drink during and after helps. Taking Epson salt baths is beneficial.
Phone or Skype Stress & Anxiety Session
Phone or Skype sessions can be more effective than In-Person sessions because there are less distractions.
Please try to have your cell phone ringer off and no outside interference, such as online Skype or Facebook notifications, or people talking in the background, etc.
You will appreciate the calm and peace that you feel following your session and will be positively ready to carry on your functions at work or follow your agenda for work or entertainment at home much easier.
