The purpose of this page is to answer the questions and the false accusations against me, from the Facebook post of Joshua Illencik, dated September 2nd at 4:47 pm , in the Chameleon's Gone Wild FB Page-saying "the Seller had a bad experience" and questioning 'whether the animal was abused or ill or what had occurred by me, the Buyer'.

Proof I Videotaped Chameleon On DeliveryThere are some people saying that I videotaped the cham, after I got him sick with poor husbandry.
# 1. This videotape was delivered to me on July 27th, via 'Justin's Viber text' (my granddaughter). - I got the cham on July 23rd. I texted Seller of his poor condition on July 23rd (see screenshot on the right). # 2. Also, in the video, there is no swelling near the left eye- which showed up the day I returned cham. I Did Not Delay Return of ChameleonI was falsely accused of delaying the return of the chameleon. Initially, I was going to try and fund the treatment for chameleon, but it was difficult with no poop and he was in such poor condition -so I asked for refund and I wanted a quick return before chameleon's further deterioation. But I could not return because I was waiting on 2 things from Sellers. # 1. Seller delayed sending me back refund # 2. Seller told me to wait for his shipping materials to use for the return, shipping materials which never came. (See screenshots). It was good that I did not listen to this conditions from him for the return)
Seller is saying he will refund on the 29th Wednesday. He told me this 3 days after I received chameleon, showing on his text post, dated July 26th. The reason he said for refund delay was that he did not have funds due to paying 2 house payments & cars. My funds for purchase, to him, was sent to him on July 10th (see image). July 10th, when he recieved payment, to July 26th- when he was asked to refund, is 17 days-and he stated he could not refund . (Note: I did NOT get his refund on the 29th) After 17 days from sending payment to Seller, Seller was not yet able to refund. This request was Day 3 of having cham. |

Buyer explained to Seller that cham was observed rubbing eye on branch often.
Pre-Sale: Alleged 'Recent' Pictures | Condition Of Chameleon At Pre-Purchase | Eye Injury Question
Here are the pictures given to me when I requested recent pictures of the cham. Notice the injury under and near the left eye -which could have developed into the lump seen on the pictures taken by Jason Tilman after I returned cham. In any event, the pictures of health in the "recent" below does not closely resemble the health of the cham in the video.
2 Days After Receiving Chameleon Pictures
The above pictures were taken 2 days after having the cham. He does not look like in the same condition as the "recent" pictures.
Tail & Eye Injury Images After return
Here are the pictures taken by Jason Tillman, after I returned the chameleon, after having chameleon approxiamately 3 weeks. I told the Seller that I saw the cham constantly rubbing eye on tree branch in cage. There was no way I could have slammed door on the chameleon's tail- he never moved! He laid in same spot, with eyes shut - hardly mobile.
He wouldn't eat either- no silkworms, only twice hornworms, no dubia, every other to third day a few crickets. Regarding Joshua Illencik's inference on my personal Facebook post and on the Chameleon Page - no I did not abuse this animal and then ask for a refund. I did provide care, hydration and attempts to feed this chameleon. He did gain weight while in my care.
No- I did not have any animals or humans that came in contact with this chameleon, where he could be injured or attacked.

My Actions to Speed the Return & Why I left After the Return in a Hurry
I was pointed out on the FB post, that I delayed the return (see screenshot), and in Jason Tilman's allegations, that I ran away from him after giving him the chameleon. It was not true that I did not want him to inspect chameleon- I did want him to see the chameleon to prove the condition he was in upon delivery. I told him prior to meeting that I had an appointment to go to (see screenshot)
