Steps On How to Have Peace in Your Life
Zen; Person who overcomes oneself is the really best victor.

#1 Think in your head, "I love (Your name)". FEEL THE SOUL INSIDE YOUR BODY and IMAGINE THE FEELING OF YOU GIVING LOVE FROM YOUR HEART BACK TO THE SOUL in your body, to yourself. Do this and feel it as you do it, all day as you remember to do it. Do it in bed when you lay down before you go to bed, and when you wake up, spend 15 minutes laying in bed doing it before you get out of bed. Look at your eyes in the bathroom mirror many times a day, saying, "I love you, (your first name)". Feel the power it gives back to you.

#2. DO NOT get mad or upset at yourself when you feel you make mistake. Always be with Love at yourself. You are made just exactly like God (or whoever you believe your originator is), which is precious, perfect, and beautiful- everytime you get made at yourself, you are hurting God, it's like getting mad at God. Because we are all connected with each other- God feels the anger at yourself- do not get angry at yourself or anyone else. Be patient with yourself as you learn how to live differently now. If you make a mistake, it is understood that you are human, and you are forgiven for your mistakes. Place that emotion or thought where you got upset with yourself in *your 'container'.

(*Your 'container' is anthing you want it to be where you send your thoughts and emotions to. It could be "in the field of Grace", "give it to God", "throw it our the door", "put it in the recycle bin","throw it in the trash","put it in the ocean"-it's anywhere that YOU make up- imagination is real and you cannot go wrong whereever You decide to place it. It's that simple, you are making a declaration. When you make a declaration- consider it done and everything around you in your life will comply with it- Because You are the creator of your life. You always have been-everything in your life has happened because You created it with your thoughts and talk. This 'container' helps to throw out from you the dense, heavy, negative, lower energy thoughts, emotions, talk and actions. Without doing this all of these things will weigh you down and can show up as pain, disease, or illness in you and your body. Your goal is to constantly free yourself and to stay light and to be at 'zero'. You don't want to be at one way or the other- you want to be at nothing, no thought, just Be-at 'zero'. You are already Powerful, you are already Peace. You are just helping to remove the gunk and junk that covered the true You up. It's already in you- there is NO Work or efforting that you have to do to get there. It's NOT YOUR Fault regarding the situation you are in- regarding any unstable feelings you have about yourself, feeling that you are not Whole. The dark cabal- the 1%- have worked all these years at making sure to keep people 'down' in stress, covered up with lower energy emotions & thoughts- when they purposely owned and took over the media, the news, the pharmaceuaticals, key officials in government, the chuch, the school system, the banks, organizations that were meant to protect the people's interest, the utilities, and so on. We believed all the lies that were fed to us- such as "milk does a body good", "you have to work hard to succeed", "you must have a high level college education to make money", "you must have the flu or chilhdhood vaccination", "you are sinners", "Jesus sufferred"- these things were falsely told to make you feel guilt, feel lower in position, to cause turmoil, to make you feel that you need to suffer to be a 'good person'- which is utterly false.)

If you ignore the thoughts and feelings- they can build up inside you and cause chaos, inability to sleep, anxiety, and show up as disease or illness in the body.

Life was meant to be simple, easy, and effortless. We do not have to work hard, only to 'Be in the Flow'. The Universe flows to us everything that we need, we are already abundance- when we remove the lower energies, the densities, from our being- get light, at 'zero', when we are closer to being at zero- we are 'connected' to the Universe and in the 'flow'- where the Universe can hear you and fulfill your desires and needs.

#3 Try to notice now whenever you have negative thought against another person or situation. Such as, "I don't like him" (even if it's a stranger or if you feel they did something wrong) or "I don't like waiting stuck in traffic". You get stuck in traffic for a reason- maybe it is better for you that you arrive late, in the big picture- so LOVE all things. You can't always see what is best for you, what the big picture is that's being planned out for you. God and Universe with angels and helpers (or whomever you believe in) are always working on the highest and best plan for you so DO Not Fight Your Situations, even if they seem "negative" to you at the time - just Accept all of them and Be Grateful for All. The big picture/plan and what happens later you don't know what it is, but do know it is for what is best for you at the time and accept that. If you do this, you will be guaranteed a life of bliss, harmony, and joy. Place those thoughts in your "container'.

#4 When you notice you made a mistake by thinking negative or having a lower emotion, such as self pity, fear, anger- do not get mad at yourself- but can also say or think in your head, "I dissolve that thought with Love", in place of putting it in the 'container'. You can undo a negative thought or action this way. Forgiveness is power and important to use. Forgiving yourself is equally important as forgiving others. Not spreading negativity will bring more blessings your way for sure! You want to dissolve all negative thoughts and actions because Mother Earth has already supported enough of this kind of energy and it is time for that to end and start new. Think of it like Mother Earth is "pregnant", getting ready to give birth to a new world, so She can use your support and loving feeling now.

If you keep the feelings of self pity- the Universe will bring you more life that causes self pity. If you keep the feelings of fear- the Universe will bring you things in your life that will cause you to fear. What you are feeling, you will attract more of into your life. So- make sure you have feelings of Gratitude- if you want things to appear in your life that will make you grateful.

#5 Think of everyone you have problem with or did not like or fought with in your past or present. Take time to sit quietly. Imagine to open up your heart and imagine love spraying out from your heart to these people. Just imagine it and then it actually happens. This will change your life. Notice, as you imagine seeing these people with your eyes closed, watching their faces turn from grim to happy as they look back at you.
We are connected to all- we are all- when they are happy- so you become. We are connected to the trees, to the wild animals, to everything..so treat all with love

It does not matter what someone said or did to you. If you keep hearing thoughts in your head about trying to get even (they deserve it), or how it was so unfair to you and you decide to continue playing the part of being a 'victim', etc., that is your ego trying to fight, to stir up trouble, and bring you away from the powerful person that you already are. You are not a victim- you were created Powerful, remember that. If you want to become a 'victim' then continue playing the pity party.

YOU HAVE TO QUIET YOUR MIND, YOUR THOUGHT, and YOUR EGO- by placing them in your container that is outside of you. This will RETIRE THEM AND HAVE QUIET FROM NOW ON.

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT TRYING TO "THINK" FOR WHEN YOU DO NEED AN ANSWER BECAUSE THE BEST ANSWERS DO NOT COME FROM "THINKING". THE BEST ANSWERS COME FROM "KNOWING", WHICH WILL COME FROM THE 'GOD' SELF THAT IS ALREADY IN YOU SINCE BEFORE YOU WERE BORN. DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF A "VICTIM" ANY LONGER, or you will keep getting things thrown at you in life making you a victim because that's what you created!

WHEN YOU QUIET YOUR MIND, THE LITTLE VOICE CALLED THE 'INTUITION' CAN SPEAK LOUDER. IT'S THERE, IF YOU LISTEN FOR IT.
IT'S ALSO BEEN CALLED YOUR '6TH SENSE' AND IS the ALL KNOWING. You can pass tests like a breeze, create art boundlessly, learn and acquire a new skill you never had before easily with the powerful intuition, I AM, that you already are. The intuition cannot speak up, if you are letting the thinking mind and ego run your life.

#6 Stop analyzing or trying to figure things out. Doing this eats up your energy. Save your energy- Your energy is what helps your cells and atoms to heal your body-which keeps the pain and disease away. Your body can heal and reverse the diseases if you don't interfere with it's process.
The dark cabal, or 1%- brought us up thinking that we are 'smart' if we think and analyze. We are already All-Knowing- we do not have to work for our answers to come- We only have to be still and at 'zero' and then we will know it all.
Watch when you are wasting energy by trying to figure it out and place it in your container' when you do.

#7 Trust and Believe and Know that you already are in good hands in the Universe's care and well taken care of for your highest best.
You will get tested on this. By you simply declaring that 'it will be alright, everything is good'- then it is. Trust that!
If you are unsure of which route to take- then ask your pendulum. Trust the answers that the pendulum gives. If you do not trust and believe- this opens the door for chaos to enter.
