Books and Audio for Anxiety Symptoms

I have read most of these books.  That what has helped me be learning there is a new way to living.  I found that it was easier for me to listen (as I could listen in the car as I am driving) but I also retained better by visually reading it, too.  Find out what method works best for you to retain the information.  Than listen or read over and over until the new, correct way of living your life comes naturally and it will. Open your heart and speak to whomever you believe is your Creator for help.  Always remember to ask for the help from angels, your Higher Self, and your Creator because they are standing by waiting for your requests of help.  They cannot interfere because you have free will and they will willing help when you request it.  Be specific on your request and let it come from your heart.  Look to see that it is not coming from your ego and the what you ask, you shall receive.  
When you find other sites, be careful as to what you are paying for (healing, programs, webinars, etc.) and what they are promising you. There is much good help for you, without having to spend a lot of money and there is a lot out there that cost much more money that you can find cheaper elsewhere.
